“Tina Kewy was born in January 1978 in Athens, Greece. From a very young age she was drawn to all forms of art and she was encouraged by her family to try her hand in arts and crafts. She has been sculpting in polymer clay since she was 7 years old but she has been sculpting baby dolls since 1999.
Although she followed a career in pre-school teaching, for the past 2 years she has been solely sculpting. She likes realism and adores sleeping babies and especially petite and fragile preemies.
She also finds great satisfaction in sculpting very detailed miniatures and sewing tiny clothes.
Her greatest inspiration these days are her twin sons, born in November 2005 and she has sculpted numerous portraits of the boys already.
She lives in Greece with her husband George, their sons John and Cody and the family cat, Beau Hugs.”
